Handmade all butter sticky toffee pudding made in our farm shop. Ballykenver Farm Shop and Kitchen in Northern Ireland. This pudding has 3 weeks shelf life starting from the day of production.
This impressive looking pudding has a generous amount of sauce and a soft fluffy consistency. Sweet, comforting and moreish.
A striking and handsome centrepiece with a rich dark sheen and plenty of sauce. The sponge is moist, bouncy, light and soft without being mushy and the sauce is a perfect viscosity with an authentic granular mouth feel that added to the homemade rustic feel. The flavour has deep caramel notes, and datey fruitiness that is almost spiced and fudgy. Even after microwaving the pudding retains its moisture and lightness.
