Handmade in our farm shop, this gluten free sticky toffee pudding has a generous amount of sauce and a soft, fluffy consistency. Sweet, comforting and moreish — now crafted without gluten but same great taste so everyone can enjoy.
NB – 3 weeks shelf life starting from the day of production. These puddings can be frozen if bought in advance so they are fresh and tasty for your Christmas feast !
Ingredients: Sugar (Cane Molasses), Water, Gluten free Flour blend (White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Maize Starch, Raising Agents (E341(I), E500), Buckwheat Flour, Thickener (Xanthan Gum)), Dates, BUTTER (MILK) (11%), EGGS, Blended BUTTERMILK (Buttermilk (Milk) (63%), Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Buttermilk Powder (Milk), Lactose, Emulsifiers (E322 (from Soya), E473), Stabilisers (E415, E407), Colour (E160a)), Raising agents: Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates, Bicarbonate of soda, Flavouring: ethanol, sugar vanilla extract, Shelf life enhancer: Potassium sorbate.
